I Have An Idea For Something I'd Like Made, Can You Help?

Yes! One of or favourite things is to work together with you to make a totally custom piece. Whether it's a small pin badge or a big coffee table, we love to work together to create something totally unique. Since it's just the 2 of us hand making everything there are times when we can't commit to a custom project. This is mostly at Christmas. We normally stop custom orders around September. Are You Hiring?

For our very busy times, especially at Christmas, we're currently fully staffed with a team of (almost) free workers. Namely our Brothers, Sisters and Parents. They only cost us a few bits of cake and a wee hug. If we're ever hiring we'll advertise on social media

I'd Like To See My Custom Design Before Paying, Can You Arrange That?

We're a small team of two and work very hard to make sure everyone is happy with their order. We're thrilled to say that we've never had a return request for any custom work. We'll work with you to get a full briefing of your ideas before we start designing everything, and most of the time we're all on the same page first time and everyone's happy! But in all instances, we must have payment before beginning any work

I Have A Discount Code. What Are The Terms?
Great news! You've received a discount code from us. Here are the T&C's that accompany our discount codes. Happy reading: 

• Discount code is only valid for orders placed online on this website

• Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated

• Discount code has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for any other purpose

• The voucher code is not valid and will not be valid for the following items/categories:
  - Any custom orders or any personalised products
  - Any discounted products on the website or automatic promotions such as buy 3 and get 1 free

• We reserve the right to cancel any order whereby a discount code has been applied to any custom, personalised or promotional products. In this instance we may also contact the customer before cancelling to offer the opportunity to pay the amount of discount that they incorrectly attempted to claim. There is no obligation on customer to continue offer and cancellation may be requested

• Discount codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via our website

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where, in its opinion, a discount code is invalid or being abused

• Discount codes are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time

• All discount codes can only be used once per household

• Any order placed using a discount code that has any matching personal data to a previous order that has already used the same discount code (ie. address, phone number, email, billing or shipping address) will be declined and cancelled

• In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase i.e. with applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item

• In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction i.e. with the full discount of said item applied to the returned item. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items

• We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time

• Discount code for New Subscribers is valid one use per customer and one use per household

• Customers may not sign up to subscribers list with multiple email addresses

This competition is solely a means for us to show our thanks to those who support our business (The Dribbly Yak Company) by purchasing products and also by supporting our social media presence. We look forward to thanking our supporters by offering this gesture of our gratitude. We wish to proceed with this giveaway in the spirit in which it was intended; as a means to thank those who support a small business. This competition is not intended to act as facilitator for those who wish to catch a business in a loophole and gain a prize through cunning. We strive to promote fairness, openness and kindness in all that we do as a business; with that in mind we seek not to enter into legal debates and squabbles over technicalities, and as such have laid out the rules for this competition in the best way possible. We're grateful for those who enter this competition with the intention of building a more supportive world

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions

• Photos entered into the competition must be of The Dribbly Yak Company's products

• This competition will be run through Instagram only

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

 

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows...

To Enter: You must take a photo of your product made by The Dribbly Yak Company. It does not need to have been purchased by you, but it must be a purchased product. Entrants must photograph and must tag The Dribbly Yak Company in the photo using Instagram handle @the_dribbly_yak. Only photos tagged on Instagram will be entered into consideration (no other social media platforms). The Dribbly Yak Company will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid

Competition Period: This is a rolling competition, with prices drawn monthly. Competition term is from first of the month to the last day of the month

Choosing A Winner: Winners will be chosen by Anthony Coleman and Jenny Craig Craig Coleman. Winner will be chosen subjectively and with due consideration. For this reason we reserve the right to roll over the competition to the next month in so far as is required to find a worthy winner. Winner will be chosen based on subjective merit and we reserve the right to choose personal preference. All decisions will be free from prejudice or bias. Anthony and Jenny's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into

Announcing the Winner: Winner will be announced on first day of the following month (ie. January's competition period will start 1st January and end 31st January. January's winner will be announced on the 1st February). We reserve the right to roll over the competition to the next month should there not be any photos of significant quality to be deemed acceptable of winning. Prize value does not accumulate should competition be rolled into the next month. Should the competition roll over a month all entrants from the previous month will be automatically considered for the next month's prize. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address thedribblyyak@gmail.com

Contacting the Winner: The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram after the social media announcement of there being a winner selected. The winner will only ever be contacted by Anthony Coleman or Jenny Craig Coleman. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and either allocate an alternative winner or roll over the competition to the next month

Prize: Prize will be £20 gift voucher for www.thedribblyyak.com. The winner will be contacted by The Dribbly Yak Company and instructed on how to claim the prize. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.  Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by debit or credit card.  No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher. No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Prize may not be sold or transferred. If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases only. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
